Kútaly is an integrated ecosystem that provides consulting services for the internationalization of agri-food companies and a digital platform (marketplace) for the promotion of certified Italian products to foreign buyers.
The Site offers informative content, contact tools and access to the reserved area dedicated to the marketplace.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, layouts, software) is the property of Kútaly or licensed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The User undertakes to use the Site in a lawful, correct manner and in compliance with current legislation.

Access to the marketplace is reserved for registered users (manufacturing companies or buyers).

Companies that upload content (product sheets, images, descriptions) to the marketplace assume full responsibility for the truthfulness, legality and updating of the information published.
Kútaly reserves the right to remove non-compliant content.
